Overview of Services
We specialize in staff augmentation utilizing vetted talent from around the world. Our services may include consulting across talent, marketing, and operations.
Service Plans and Subscription
Our service plans are governed by predefined weekly or monthly hour limits. Unused hours will not be carried over to subsequent periods.
Payment Terms
If a credit card or other form of payment is declined, you have 48 hours to resolve the issue. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of services.
Client and Team Relations
Solicitation of any Remote Growth Partners LLC employee for a service contract outside of Remote Growth Partners LLC is strictly prohibited and will be considered a breach of these Terms of Service, potentially leading to immediate account termination without refund.
Term of Agreement
A minimum commitment of 90 days is required for all plans, transitioning to a month-to-month commitment thereafter.
Task Submission
Tasks must be submitted through approved channels, which may include phone or email. Clients have the option to request a change of team members at any time, at no additional cost.
Ownership and Confidentiality
You retain all rights to your confidential information and intellectual property. Any work product generated is licensed to you for personal and commercial use but cannot be transferred or sold to third parties.
Liability Disclaimer
While we strive for excellence, we make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of our services and disclaim any liability for errors, omissions, or adverse outcomes.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services for reasons including, but not limited to, abusive behavior, requests outside the agreed scope of service, or illegal or unethical activities.
Non-solicitation
For a period of 24 months following your last engagement with Remote Growth Partners LLC, you agree not to solicit any of our employees, contractors, or team members for your own purposes, either directly or indirectly.
Data Protection
We are committed to the responsible handling and protection of client data. Your data remains your property, and we will delete it from our records upon your request.
