RGP Answers
Remote Growth Partners (RGP) recruits and manages full-time offshore SDRs, GTM engineers, marketers, and creatives who work only for you. These are the questions buyers ask us most on fit calls, answered directly.

What RGP is
Do you just recruit talent, or do you also manage them?
Both. We recruit a full-time hire for your role, then manage them after day one. Every hire is managed by an RGP manager who has done that exact job. For SDRs, that's a sales manager who runs daily check-ins, call coaching, and accountability to the numbers you set. You own the strategy; we run the day-to-day, plus payroll and local compliance. See how RGP works
Are your reps dedicated to us, or shared with other clients?
Dedicated. Every RGP hire works full-time for one client only, on your hours and in your channels: email, Slack, WhatsApp, or whatever your team already uses. That's the main difference from an SDR agency, where reps are split across accounts. Hire offshore SDRs
Can you help build our SDR playbook, or do you only provide reps?
We help with both. You don't need scripts or a playbook to start. During onboarding we help you refine scripts, messaging, and cadences, and your RGP sales manager helps with sales strategy and operations as you scale. If you need someone to build the lists, enrichment, and sequences behind your outbound, we also hire GTM engineers. Hire a GTM engineer
How it works
How do you vet candidates and make sure they can actually do the job?
We screen 1,000+ candidates per seat and test finalists on work built around your company. Every seat gets its own process: a video screen, a job preview test built for your role, a deep interview with an RGP hiring manager (not a recruiter), and, for SDRs, a live cold call role play for your company. You hear how they handle a real conversation before you hire. See the full vetting process
Can we interview candidates and make the final call?
Yes. You meet the finalists, ask them the hard questions, and see how they did on the tests built for your role. Nobody starts until you sign off.
How quickly can you find someone and get them started?
Most hires are ready to start 2 to 3 weeks after the fit call. That time goes into a recruiting process built for your role and testing every candidate against it, so you get someone chosen for your seat instead of whoever is free on a bench. Book a fit call
Who trains the hire, and what does onboarding look like?
Your RGP manager trains your hire on your product and builds the onboarding plan with you. We also coordinate setup, getting them into email, Slack, and the other tools you use, so they work like any other member of your team.
Can they work in our CRM, dialer, and sequencing tools?
Yes. Your hire works in your stack (CRM, sequencer, dialer, and data tools), so pipeline and activity stay in your systems. We match candidates who already know tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Smartlead, and Outreach. If you don't have a stack yet, we'll recommend one on the fit call.
Can reps work in our CRM if we have strict security rules?
Yes. Your hire works inside your own systems. You issue them a company email address, and they work fully within your sales stack, including your CRM, which limits security risk. Everyone signs an NDA and follows your security policies.
Where are your people based, and can they work U.S. hours?
Yes, they work the hours you set: Eastern, Pacific, or weekend coverage. Our hires are based in Latin America, South Africa, the Middle East and North Africa, Europe, and beyond. We recruit from the widest pool we can to find the most talented people, and we confirm availability for your hours before you meet a candidate.
Will they communicate clearly with our buyers?
It's the first thing we test. Every candidate's video screen checks English fluency, accent and clarity, and call quality. SDR finalists also do a live cold call role play for your company, so you hear exactly how they sound on a real call before you hire.
Who handles international payroll and compliance?
We do. RGP pays your hire and handles local compliance. You get one U.S. invoice.

Why work with RGP instead of hiring directly?
You get the hire and everything around it for one monthly price. Hiring directly means you recruit, vet, train, manage, and pay someone in another country yourself. With RGP, we screen 1,000+ candidates for your seat, manage your hire every day, run payroll and compliance, and replace them for free if they don't work out. For an SDR, that's about $60K a year in savings versus a fully loaded U.S. hire. Read the cost breakdown
How is RGP different from an SDR agency?
Your rep works only for you. A typical SDR agency shares reps across several clients, pulls them from its existing bench, and works the agency's hours. RGP recruits for your seat from 1,000+ candidates, and your rep works full-time for you alone, on your hours, in your tools, managed daily by our sales managers. See managed SDR teams
Use cases and fit
Who is RGP a good fit for, and have you worked in our industry?
RGP is best for growing companies that want to scale with overseas talent, or test it with a first hire. We've placed SDRs across B2B SaaS, marketing agencies, service businesses, and Web3. If we're not the right fit for you, we'll say so on the fit call.
Can you hire roles beyond SDRs?
Yes. Besides SDRs, BDRs, account executives, and customer support reps, we hire GTM engineers, marketing generalists, video editors, graphic designers, paid ads managers, email marketers, SEO assistants, and data analysts. Each role gets its own interview process built around your requirements. See every role we hire
Should we start with one hire or a small team?
Either works, and starting with one is fine. There's no long-term contract, so you can add or pause seats any time. Tetra, for example, started with 2 SDRs through RGP and has since scaled to 5.
Can we hire someone part-time?
No. Every RGP hire works full-time (40 hours a week) for one client only, so they're fully embedded in your team and workflow.
Can we try it before fully committing?
Yes. There's no long-term contract: you pay month to month, nothing until your hire starts, and you can add or pause seats any time. If a hire doesn't work out, we replace them for free. For video editors, you can also test a pro editor free for 24 hours before hiring. Try a free video edit
Buying and evaluation
What does an RGP hire cost, all in?
$3,000 to $3,750 per month for a full-time hire. Your exact price depends on the hire's experience and, for SDRs, your commission plan. That covers the whole seat: recruiting from 1,000+ candidates, an RGP manager who has done the job, payroll, local compliance, and a free replacement if your hire doesn't work out. We confirm your number on the fit call.
Do you offer a discount for larger teams?
Yes. We discount for teams that scale with us. Ask about team pricing on your fit call. Book a fit call
How does commission work, and who pays it?
You pay commission, and we pay it out to your reps. Commission follows your commission plan. We invoice it at the end of each month, then pay your reps their commissions.
Is there an upfront fee or deposit?
No. You don't pay anything until your hire starts.
What are the contract terms?
Month to month, with no long-term contract and no hidden fees. Start with one hire, then add or pause seats as you go.
What happens if the hire doesn't work out?
We replace them at no cost. You keep the seat, billing pauses while we find the replacement, and we recruit the next person with the same process. You never pay another recruiting fee, and if it still isn't working, you can cancel.
Can we hire the person directly later on?
Yes, for a conversion fee. If you'd like to bring your hire on full-time and manage them yourself down the road, you can convert them.
Who owns the work our hire produces?
You do. You own all the work your hire produces.
How do we get started?
Book a fit call. We'll scope the role with you, confirm your price, and recommend a tech stack if you need one. Most hires are ready to start 2 to 3 weeks after that call. Book a fit call
Proof and trust
What results should we expect, and can fees be tied to performance?
Expect performance on par with a U.S.-based hire in the same role. We don't offer performance-based pricing, because every client's market, offer, and targets are different. Your RGP manager holds your hire accountable to the goals you set.
Who else hires through RGP, and what do they say?
85+ GTM leaders hire through RGP. Tetra's Head of Sales says they started with 2 SDRs and scaled to 5, with RGP holding the team accountable to feedback. MobyMax worked with nearly 20 recruiters to build its sales team, and 15 of its 30 hires came from RGP. Forum's CEO points to the dedicated sales manager who both manages and develops the team. Want to talk to a client directly? Ask, and we'll connect you with references. Read all reviews
How do you keep hires from leaving?
We hire for fit and keep supporting people after day one. Every hire works full-time for one client, is managed by an RGP manager who has done the same job, and gets formal performance reviews twice a year. If someone still doesn't work out, we replace them for free.
